The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award under the authority of RFO Part 6 to The Boeing Company, PO Box 3707, MC 21-22, Seattle, Washington 98124, for a subscription services to MyBoeingFleet.com for aircraft maintenance and operations manuals and publications along with revision services, for JPATS fleet of aircraft, two (2) Boeing 737-400’s, one (1) Boeing 737-700, and one (1) Boeing 737-800. These aircraft are maintained and operated to mandatory regulatory requirements of Title 14 CFR Part 91 for flight into National airspace.
