The purpose of this contract is to provide engineering and related services to King County Department of Local Services, Road Services Division (“County”) to identify and evaluate alternatives for a complete HVAC and roof replacement for Building C at the Renton Maintenance Facility for the C Building Renovation project. Addendum 1 has been issued. Consultants must acknowledge all addenda before submitting a proposal.
