Credit Reporting Services & Public Record Search for Real Estate Transactions

The Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) and the Veterans Land Board (“VLB”) (collectively the “GLO/VLB”) issues this Request For Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals for credit reporting and public record lien and judgment search services. The VLB’s Land and Housing Division requires the verification of credit of all applicants who participate in its Land Loan Program.
