As-Needed Traffic Engineering Services

The City of Vista is requesting written proposals from qualified traffic/transportation engineering firms to provide professional traffic engineering services for the City of Vista on an as-needed basis over a three-year period with the option of two additional one-year extensions. The City seeks to have these skills and abilities available as-needed to perform a wide range of professional traffic engineering services and may choose more than one Consultant as a result of this RFP.
