PennDOT is seeking a vendor to provide targeted and engaging customized content via a Digital Video Network (DVN) of flat-screen TVs that will be installed in Driver Licensing and Photo License Centers across the Commonwealth. The goal of the DVN is to improve PennDOT customers’ wait-time experience. The Department of General Services (DGS) Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) program and PennDOT’s Diverse Business (DB) program apply to this procurement.
