Redevelopment of White Haven Center

The Department of General Services (DGS), on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to assess market interest in the potential redevelopment or reuse of the Commonwealth-owned property located at 827 Oley Valley Road, White Haven, Pennsylvania (Property). The Commonwealth seeks to identify qualified development teams capable of undertaking a financially sound, community-responsive, and high-quality redevelopment of the Property.
