Catering for Main Library Opening Events

The New Main Library Grand Opening catering needs include two events during the week of April 26, 2027. Dates, times, final attendance, service locations, and program elements are preliminary and may change as planning continues. •Staff Celebration & Preview – April 26, 2027, 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (approximately 500 guests) •Donor Recognition & Celebration Event – April 29, 2027, 5:00-8:00 p.m. (approximately 1,000 guests) The successful firm will serve as the library’s full-service catering partner for both events, providing menu development, food and beverage service, professional staffing, setup, replenishment, clearing, and strike.
