Mayfair - Lift Station No. 4

Scope of Work of the Contract includes: Construction of sanitary sewer lift station and associated infrastructure. Approximately 7,383 LF of dual 16-inch HDPE force main (14,766 LF total of 16” HDPE), 1,449 LF of 24-inch gravity sewer, 3,807 LF of 30-inch PVC gravity sewer and all appurtenances. Sanitary Sewer Lift Station site improvements, including an access driveway, drainage infrastructure, site security, temporary water service and associated clearing and grubbing, and earthwork.
