The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price Delivery Order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to GE Aviation Systems Limited, Cheltenham Road Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, GL52 8SF, United Kingdom on a sole source basis for: The procurement of Cyber and Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements. The Delivery Order is in-scope to the terms of the Basic Contract for procurement and delivery of Cyber Security Implementation Plan (CSIP) and OPSEC activities.
