Midtown Infrastructure Request for Information

The City of Santa Fe is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit industry feedback in advance of a future competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) for Phase One horizontal infrastructure improvements at the Midtown Redevelopment Site, formerly the Santa Fe University of Art and Design and the College of Santa Fe. The Midtown Redevelopment Site is planned as a high-density, mixed-use development that will support commercial and residential uses consistent with the adopted Midtown Master Plan.
