Annual Pump Services for Flowable Concrete and Flow-Fill

The City is seeking responsible contractors to provide Pump Services on an as-needed basis according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The agreement resulting from this RFP shall be firm and valid beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four (4), one (1) year renewal options. The City's intent is to award this RFP to two (2) contractors: a Primary Contractor, the highest-rank respondent, and a Secondary Contractor, the second-ranked respondent.
