FDA Retail Food Program Standards Assessment Consulting Services

The Town of Westminster, acting through its Health Department, invites qualified food-safety consultants to submit qualifications and price proposals to evaluate the Department's retail food inspection program against the FDA's nine Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards. The selected consultant will review the Department's permitting requirements, inspection materials, staff training, documentation, inspection practices, compliance procedures, and enforcement activities.
