Notice of Intent to Enter into Negotiations for the operation, renovation, and maintenance of a restaurant and banquet facility at Clearview Park, Queens

In accordance with the Section 1-14 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York (Concession Rules), the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks) intends to enter into a negotiated concession for a license agreement for the operation, renovation, and maintenance of a restaurant and banquet facility at Clearview Park, Queens. The selected operator must be able to operate, renovate, and maintain the multi-level facility as a high-quality restaurant and banquet facility.
