The City of Winter Haven, Florida, is soliciting bids from qualified suppliers for the furnishing and delivery of potable water, reclaimed water, and wastewater pipes, fittings, and related accessories on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor(s) shall provide materials that meet the City's specifications and ensure timely delivery to support the City's utility infrastructure maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
