Plumbing Services JOC

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), doing business as Cincinnati Metro, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services on an as-needed basis. SORTA intends to award one or more contracts with a not-to-exceed value to be determined through negotiations. Services will be performed under a time-and-materials contract structure, with work authorized through individual task orders (job orders). No minimum volume of work or contract value is guaranteed.
