The work is located at the following location: 12406 Old National Pike, Mount Airy, MD 21771. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: Installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control measures, earthwork and mass grading, storm drain structures and pipe, construction of park roads and parking lots, site furnishings, signage, fencing, gates, athletic courts and landscaping. Site work shall be unclassified. A fully functioning temporary construction trailer shall be installed prior to the start of construction.
