The Rose Bowl Operating Company is seeking a construction manager at risk for preconstruction and design-assist work, including subsurface field investigations, for the Rose Bowl Stadium Plumbing Maintenance Project. The work covers replacement and rehabilitation of water, sewer, and gas systems beneath the stadium concourse while events continue and fire protection service remains operational. The project has a base water package plus separately priced sewer and gas alternates; construction is a possible second phase that RBOC is not required to authorize. Up to five finalists may be shortlisted for interviews, with award based on best value and relevant wet-utility, occupied-venue, safety, financial, and local-workforce experience.
