New Braunfels Utilities (“NBU”) invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of AC Pipe Replacement Solms (IH 35) (the “Project”). The Project has been designed by Quiddity Engineering, LLC.
