About this opportunity
The intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide surveying, hydraulic evaluation, engineering design, permitting support, preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS E), bidding support, and engineering services during construction for the Project.
