18-Inch Sewer Replacement Project

The intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide surveying, hydraulic evaluation, engineering design, permitting support, preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS E), bidding support, and engineering services during construction for the Project. The Project generally consists of abandoning an existing 18-inch cast iron pipe (CIP) sewer crossing beneath the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) corridor and constructing a new 18-inch gravity sewer alignment outside of the UPRR right-of-way.
