The Capital Region Airport Commission is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Virginia Class A general contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk preconstruction and construction services for the Consolidated Security Screening Checkpoint Project at Richmond International Airport. The estimated construction cost is approximately $215 million.This is Step 1 of a two-step competitive negotiation process.
