COVB-27-101709 ITB for five Town Center parking garages to include structural and waterproofing

The scope of work includes structural and waterproofing repairs to be performed on the Green – Armada Hoffler Parking Garage, Red – Westin Parking Garage, Blue – Cosmopolitan Parking Garage, Orange – Clark Nexsen Garage, and Maroon Parking Garage. Contractor is responsible for work incidental to the repairs, including, but not limited to, repainting traffic markings, use of temporary shoring devices, use of temporary traffic control measures, and protection of persons and property is also included in this project.
