3. REQUIREMENTS

3.1 ;The Retainer for a Hand Loader Assembly must be in accordance with Vacco Drawing V3D10334,Item 18, except as amplified or modified herein.;

3.2 Material for Parts Requiring Certification - Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis is required for the parts listed below unless specifically stated otherwise: Part - ;Retainer; Material - ;SAE AMS-QQ-S-763, Class 304, Condition A;
