3. REQUIREMENTS

3.1 ;Complete manual valve assembly must be in accordance with Vacco drawing V3D10324, assembly part number V3D10324-03, except as amplified or modified herein.;

3.2 Material for Parts Requiring Certification - Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis is required for the parts listed below unless specifically stated otherwise: Part - ;ORIFICE BLOCK, item 1 and POPPET, item 3; Material - ;SAE AMS 5643, Condition H-1025; Part - ;BONNET, item 2; Material - ;SAE AMS-QQ-S-763, class 304, condition A; Part - ;SOCKET HEAD CAP SCREWS, item 12; Material - ;SAE-AMS-5643, Condition H-1025 with Self-Locking Element, Type L, in accordance with MIL-DTL-18240;
