Horizon Behavioral Health (Horizon) is soliciting proposals from qualified independent evaluators to provide comprehensive evaluation services for its Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Community Programs for Outreach and Intervention with Youth and Young Adults at Clinical High Risk for Psychosis (CHR-P) grant.
