The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) seeks to contract, on a Statewide basis, with MCOs to provide managed care services to beneficiaries enrolled in the State of Indiana’s four Medicaid Managed Care programs – Hoosier Healthwise, Healthy Indiana Plan, Hoosier Care Connect, and Indiana PathWays for Aging (“PathWays”).
