The State of Wisconsin (State), as represented by its Department of Administration (DOA), State Bureau of Procurement (SBOP), requests bids for the purchase of disposable food service products and commercial cafeteria and washroom paper products and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract(s). The resulting Contract shall be available for use by State agencies and institutions, University of Wisconsin System campuses, Wisconsin municipalities, and other Authorized Users.
