Solicitation 27-88009 The Indiana Department of Administration is in need of a statewide contract for bulk ammunition and munitions. The established contract will be a QPA. A QPA is a contract between the State and contractor, in which commodities are supplied to Indiana State agencies on an ongoing, as-needed basis.
