Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB) intends to award a sole source contract to the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), Inc. to support PESB, in partnership with Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC), in developing consistent, accessible, and rigorous Academic Credit for Prior Learning (ACPL) pathways that recognize verified paraeducator training and work-based learning toward postsecondary credentials and teacher preparation.
