On-line Tax Library Services

The Kansas Department of Revenue is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide On-Line Tax Library services. The Kansas Department of Revenue has moved from using hard copy versions of research materials, and the expense associated with maintaining an up to date library, to using an on-line library service. This tool is necessary for developing policies, responding to legislative inquires, performing tax audits and representing the department in court cases and administrative hearings.
