WSDOT - WSF-Medical Surveillance

WSF is purchasing occupational medical surveillance services to support WSF’s occupational health and safety programs. Services will include regular examinations, testing, evaluation and record keeping that aligns with WA State regulatory framework and HIPPA compliance. Services will be provided to employees working on vessels, in terminals and maintenance and thus requires flexibility and predictability when scheduling. Contact: Tariq Ohab.
