The Project consists of construction of a new cafe/bar concession space east of the north lobby at the Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC). The Work consists generally of: 1. Temporary construction barriers and protection of adjacent occupied areas. 2. Selective demolition of existing finishes, ceilings, and MEPFP systems. 3.
