TIRZ 25 – West Fuqua Street Sidewalk Maintenance

The project is located within the City of Houston right-of-way along West Fuqua Street, generally along the north side of the westbound lanes from west of Bathurst Street to Almeda Road (FM 521), as shown in the construction plans. The project scope includes the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, and curbs as identified by the Engineer in the field; trimming of trees and/or shrubs within the right-of-way; installation of imprinted sidewalk poetry as identified in the Project Manual; traffic control; SW3P measures; and tree protection.
