The City of Bloomington (“City”) is seeking qualifications for construction manager at risk (“CMAR”) services for a new clubhouse at Dwan Golf Course (“Project”). The selected CMAR firm will work with the City’s Project team, comprised of City staff and stakeholders, consultants, and the City’s contracted architectural/engineering firm to construct a new golf clubhouse facility located at Dwan Golf Course at 3301 West 110th Street in the City of Bloomington.
