The U.S. Navy is seeking industry input on rapid-prototype solutions for the Silent Anvil Air-Launched Torpedo, an air-launched standoff system for anti-submarine warfare. Responders may propose a complete end-to-end system, a wing kit carrying a government-furnished torpedo, or both.
