The Commonwealth of Virginia is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified vendors regarding configurable, commercial off the shelf (COTS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) Criminal Case E-Discovery systems capable of supporting the Commonwealth's Constitutional, statutory, and court-ordered criminal justice discovery obligations. This project has no specified go-live date. This RFI is for market research only. It does not constitute a solicitation and will not result in a contract award.
