On Call Landscape Architectural Services

Consultants shall provide professional Landscape Architecture services on an as-needed basis in support of the City’s architectural and engineering projects throughout pre-design, design, construction, and close out phases. Consultants must demonstrate proactive engagement, timely response, technical accuracy, and interdisciplinary coordination. Consultants shall begin work promptly when assigned and provide qualified personnel necessary to complete tasks within required timeframes.
