City of West University Place - Recreation Center Improvements

The City of West University Place is planning on renovating the Recreation Center in 2 phases. The first phase will consist of demolishing offices and lounge area and constructing a portion of the new cardio and weight room. The second phase will consist of demolishing the old cardio and weight room and constructing the remaining new cardio and weight room. Temporary construction barriers will need to be used by the contractor to isolate work zones so that the Recreation center including the cardio and weight room and all adjacent spaces can remain operational.
