The City of Covington is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to complete storm drainage improvements along Newton Drive in Covington, Georgia Sealed bids must be delivered to City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014, Attn: Maranna Gilbert no later than 10:00am on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026.
