Optometry Services for PGH

To solicit and contract with a qualified/licensed Optometrist to provide an on-site optometry clinic for approximately 12 patients (with option to see more on mutual agreement) per clinic, on a mutually agreed upon schedule between Contractor and Piedmont Geriatric Hospital.
