Thousand Oaks Downtown Project Master Developer

The City of Thousand Oaks (“City”) is seeking qualifications from experienced Master Developers to develop a pool of pre-qualified candidates interested in transforming downtown Thousand Oaks. The successful applicant may be a single vertically integrated development firm or a consortium consisting of a lead and sub-developer(s) (the “Master Developer”), to construct a transformative mixed-use development on the Civic Arts Plaza campus.
