The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) “Mobile Integrated Launch Capability (MILC)” solicitation offers industry an ongoing opportunity to provide the Government with innovative, cost-efficient alternatives to current air drop C-17 target launches. Rapid demonstrations of mobile launch platforms capable of deploying and launching short to long range target missile systems from multiple locations worldwide will be considered. This solicitation is for a two-phase effort.
