The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) “Mobile Integrated Launch Capability (MILC)” solicitation offers industry an ongoing opportunity to provide the Government with innovative, cost-efficient alternatives to current air drop C-17 target launches. Rapid demonstrations of mobile launch platforms capable of deploying and launching short to long range target missile systems from multiple locations worldwide will be considered.
