3. REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Design, Manufacture, and Performance - Except as modified herein, the item furnished under this contract/purchase order must meet the design, manufacture, and performance requirements specified on CAGE ;78062; Drawing ;21244 part number 21244-002; .
3.2 A Certificate of Tests is required for non-destructive, hydrostatic, and operational testing as required by the assembly drawing and the maintenance standard, when invoked. Non-destructive testing must be in accordance with T9074-AS-GIB-010/271, MIL-I-6868, ASTM-E1444, ASTM-E1417, or SAE-AMS-STD-2154.
