UOSA is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive classification,compensation, and benefits study for their workforce. This study aims to evaluate UOSA’sclassification and compensation structures (including special pay, premium pay and incentiveprograms) to ensure competitive wages, create/enhance promotion career pathways, addresswage compression, and to benchmark UOSA’s benefits to ensure market competitiveness.
