Comprehensive Fire & Emergency Medical Services System Study and Long-range Master Plan

The County of Franklin, Virginia, wishes to obtain proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive study of the County’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) system and to develop a data-driven, long-range master plan.
