Standing UP a City ARTS Program

The City of Charlottesville, through the City Manager’s Strategy Office (CMO) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to complete all of the steps required to centralize the City of Charlottesville's arts and culture coordination, management, and resources. The goal is two pronged. First, the consultant will create the policies, procedures, and processes for an appointed, volunteer city public arts commission.
