Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services

The International Community School will construct a permanent, state-of-the-art facility on a newly acquired site, designed to meet the long-term educational needs of the community and support a dynamic, inclusive learning experience. Program elements include a multi-story building to serve Pre-K-5th grade, outdoor learning areas, playground facilities, bus loop, parent drop-off, parking, athletic fields, utility infrastructure, and site development. Some of these elements may be phased into a future project. Anticipated building size is up to 95,000 SF. Estimated budget: $24,000,000 total project cost.
