Communications & Engagement Strategy: Cleveland Parks & Recreation Plan Implementation

The City of Cleveland (“the City”) is seeking qualified firms (“the Consultant”) to provide professional community engagement, strategic communications, and public information consulting services to support implementation of the Cleveland Parks Recreation Plan (“the Master Plan”). The selected Proposer will work with the City to design and execute a community engagement process and produce public-facing communications materials that explain and support implementation of the Parks Plan level of service standards recommendations.
