Painting and Related Services, Continuing Service

Leon County is seeking the services of qualified contractors to provide painting and related services on a continuing services basis. Work will be assigned based on capabilities, punctuality, ability to complete work on time, and past performance. An evaluation of each performance shall be completed and maintained by the Facilities Management Division on most jobs completed. Leon County reserves the right to be the sole evaluator of work performance, quality, and completeness of work in a timely manner for any work assignments.
