The County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS/Department) is issuing this Work Order Solicitation (WOS) to solicit proposals for a contract with an organization that can provide services for the Incarcerated Parents Services Program. One (1) contract will be awarded. DCFS seeks to contract with organizations to provide services for Incarcerated Parents Services Program to promote and monitor continued contact by facilitating family bonding time between children and parents or legal guardians, in conjunction with the DCFS case plan and/or Dependency Court orders.
