Public-private Partnership for Biosolids Management

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for consideration of a Public-Private Partnership with a Proposer to provide biosolids management for the County’s current and future projected biosolids that align with the four pillars in the County's Biosolids Management Master Plan – Reliability, Sustainability, Cost, and Social Impact.
